Naslund and Ohlund?

I am a huge Canucks fan and I'd do this deal any day of the week, get real guys. Naslund is on the decline and while I do love Ohlund we need a PP specialist in which we would have in Souray. Lets not knock AK either, drafted 10th overall and has errupted in the AHL after getting one point in his first 5 games due to back spasms he has 14 pts in the 13 games since. Not much upside? Try watching hockey instead of clicking on a stat, he could easily become a top liner....he is 21 after all. Also....AK would be given a second line in which he will outproduce, Mo, Kesler, Bulis, Linden etc instantly. I'd love to dump Naslund's salary while we still can....he is a star but not a superstar status any longer....see Thornton, Jagr, Briere, Kovaluchuk, Hossa...not even in the same world.
Who are you and may i kiss you ?thank you lord!!!! someone who get's his facts straight before saying something stupid( aka Doug Wilson) who actually know's what is really going on with a player. Andrei Kostitsyn is the most talented prospect we've had since Koivu and he's finally showing what he has, he's the main reason why i hate that trade to start with. It was a saying before the draft that Kostitsyn would of been a project and he still is, look at Mikko Koivu in Minny who's a 01 draftee and he's just starting to show his potential same goes for Alex Perezhogin and Micheal Komisarek in Montreal, Naslund and Bertuzzi both took 5 or more years to become the players they are today. We're not doing that mistake that's for sure

Haha no kissing unless you are some stunning blonde Souray leftover

AK takes a huge rap and a lot of 'project' type players do nowadays it seems with the emergence of Crosby's, Ovy's etc... I don't think that is fair, AK didn't make the team this year as they were put in a hard place with Lats not being able to condition and develop his game in the AHL. A very tough position to say the very least, unfortunately it was AK that bit that bullet. The first couple years AK had a huge language barrier and much to other posters dismay not learning the English language (probably some French too in Montreal) was unacceptable and should not be any excuse towards the lack of production.

Ak has all the tools to be successful in the NHL, he has bulked up and from the few games with the Habs and few games I have seen with hamilton he has looked sharp and shown serious signs of flash. I'd love to see AK in any NHL sweater but to be the 'Nucks in part of a deal including those other players would be fantastic. I don't understand some 'Nucks fans that seem to think that Naslund at 6 million is going to be very appealing to anyone in a couple years....

Why and how would he be run out of town ? I feel that having to deal with the whole Sedin thing makes his job harder. No player deserves such a good treatment. He should adress his team's needs no matter what, because in the end, if his team is not competitive enough, he will loose his job. We are all saying that the Canucks don't have enough finishers, enough snipers. But, if you want a someone who will score goals, you have to pay for it. Therefore, Henrik Sedin should be seen as a valuable asset who could get the Canucks a player that fill their needs.

"a guy like higgins"... are you for real????
before he got hurt, higgins was the best player in our lineup. He's young, incredibly talented, has great leadership skills, loves playing in montreal, cheap, and the list goes on and on... There aren't any other guys like higgins in our line up, and there isnt a player on the Nucks that I would trade for hime STRAIGHT UP (even Luongo... though that is more because we are set in net than because I don't appreciate how great Luongo is).
