They hint at a setback at the end of the article.

I doubt that will happen. Havlat may return Tuesday, but I don't think Gaborik will. It would be nice if both of them returned Tuesday because I have both on my fantasy team.

The Assistant GM said on the Wild Pondcast on their website that Demitra and Gaborik will NOT play tomorrow and there is not a timetable for Gaborik's return

I certainly didnt read anything about a setback. He's sore because he's actually attempting to get into game shape.

Outlook for Gaborik is doubtful, but looks like Demitra will back be tonight.

http://www.startribune.com/1330/story/856680.html

But since he's been so ineffective without Gaborik, he might as well just hold off from returning. I bet he gets injured again before Gaborik comes back.

He was a game-time decision (along with Boogaard). Apparently, the decision went against him playing. I bet he'll be back on Saturday.

So basically, it's still up in the air. No source seems to have a definite time for him returning to action. I've just been offered Gaborik in my pool and I came here searching for some sort of answer. Oh well. Good luck and I hope to see him in action sooner than later!

I think Gaborik will retire in a few days.

Seriously, if this guy is out for 2 more months, I wont be one bit surprised. Same with Fragol Demitra

Marian Gaborik skated hard in practice on Thursday.
This bodes well for all Gaborik owners as he was really testing his groin. We expect Gaborik to be able to return to the lineup next week, if not sooner.

And then tomorrow it will be....

Marian Gaborik tweaked his groin again while lifting up a sandwich. He will fly to Abu Dhabi for further tests with a specialist. But he wont leave for 3 weeks. So therefore he may not get there for a month. And then the specialist will be on vacation so Gaborik will wait until he gets back. But unfortunately, the specialist is traveling by foot, so there is no timetable on when he will return. There is also no clear timetable on Gaboriks return.

lol well this is quickly turning into a joke... Wild's PR crew has been lying from the start and now guess what? another setback...

Marian Gaborik skated hard for the third day in a row before the Wild practiced Friday, but the injured right winger continues to be listed as day-to-day and likely won't make next week's trip to western Canada.

All the quotes from people close to the situation have indicated from the start that there was no timetable for a return. Those who choose to believe a reporter's spin on things deserve a Nelson laugh.
