OT: NHL Centre Ice and HDTV

Do you ever get HD games through NHL Centre Ice package? Or are they all regular feeds?

There are occasional HD feeds. I think there's a list somewhere of which games are shown in HD.

With DirecTV, there is about a game a day on average on HD.

I've just got Eastlink Digital Cable where I am and i'm not planning on getting a satelite or anything. I only get TSN HD, CBC HD, and SNET HD at the moment. I was just wondering for next year mainly to decide whether or not I want to get Centre Ice or if its better to just stick with RDS and their HD for the Habs.

Also, on the schedules section of NHL.com it says HDNET sometimes. If that sportsnets HD channel or is it something else?

Thanks for any answers.

I have a basic HD package with my cable company (in Florida, assuming it's the same HDnet as the ones listed on the site) and I have HDnet and HDnet2. Usually every other day or so, they play a game. Tonight it was St. Louis and Detroit, and on Saturday it's the Blackhawks and Wild.

Hockey in HD is probably better than sex.

I am so glad to hear that. I have been getting mixed reviews. Half the people say its great while the other half say its just better than regular TV.

I won't have mine all set up until Tuesday but hey if your going to go ahead and say its better then sex thats a pretty tough statement. I hope your right, although I feel for my girlfriend if you are.
