Nash going to the box and someone else for 2 different calls.

Slashing to Nash, Sillinger for tripping 5-3

3 questions:

How is the defense looking in our end?

How is Zino looking?

What is the advantage of playing deep in your net? Or is a lack of confidence in your angles?

5 on 3...... lets make them pay!

COME ON!!! Setup a good play, but SHOOT for God's sake!

5 shots on the PP which isn't bad, but not as aggressive as I'd expect for a 2 man 2 minute advantage. You gotta be aggressive and pepper the goalie in that sort of a situation.

I think the problem with that 5 on 3 was there wasn't a Knuble or Lapointe in front of the net. Ah well.

Ouch!

Man, that could kill us. We have to score on a 2 man, 2 minute advantage. I sure hope they can still pop in the next goal or I see trouble brewing...

why didnt knuble get any time on that 5 on 3......hes the guy that gets to the front of the net.....all the others are parimater players, knubes or lapointe shoulda been out there to get in burkes face, he saw all those shots and made them look easy

Nice play by Gill, clearing the puck at the end of the power play.

I think I touched on that....

We'll see what kind of coach Sully is. He needs to get it through to the team that the third is all that matters. Win the third. We need this win before a major slide is upon us.

The Bruins need to come out strong in the 3rd. Carry the momentum the whole period, and come out with a much needed win.

2 goals for phoenix- 2 shots, high- glove side. this is definitely a weakness for potvin. kings fans will tell you this until they're blue in the face. either way, it's inexcuseable to give up 2 goals that late in periods. i also agree with several others- why not have a guy in front of the net on that PP? burke had sightlines to everything that was going on. put knuble or lapointe in front, and make burke fight to see that puck. this is a HUGE period. the bruins need to come out firing on all cylinders, and win this game. time for the big money players to step up
