Send Upshall and Fiddler somewhere in return for a Zanon upgrade. Please.

OK. Time to start the pool as to how long it will take the Tennessean to print the story. I know the sports editor knows since I emailed it to him. Was it in today's paper? I only get the online and I didn't see it there.

How about Lidstrom for Hartnell and Upshall?

Your sarcasm detection is weak! I noticed that in IRC as well!

Radulov 2nite

I am not 100% but I think that in tonites game, Radulov had his single worst shooting percentage only scoring on 1 of 5 shots (20%) other than the nights when he didnt score. LOL!!! Wow, this kid is awesome!!!

Meh, he's a punk. Only shooting 20% tonight with the minutes Trotz is gift wrapping to him? He should at least be at 60, maybe 70%

Yeah, he is awesome

yeah, he's really fun to watch ... I can't wait to watch him develop his on-ice chemistry with Hartnell for years to come

to put that in perspective...

IF, radulov scored at the same rate per minute played (8g in 139m) and had played as minutes as;

hartnell(11g in 462m), he'd have 27 goals
sullivan(8g in 466m), he'd have 28 goals
kariya(6g in 554m), he'd have 33 goals

or compared to the current league leaders;
hossa(21g in 637m), he'd have 38 goals
shanahan(21g in 592m), he'd have 35 goals
malkin(13g in 462m), he's have 27 goals

of course i'm not saying he would have done anything quite like any of this... but, we need to stop and appreciate what we have seen thus far from a sheer goal scoring rate from this kid.. bottom line, is right now, he is scoring more goals per minute played than anybody in the entire league... by a wide margin in point of fact
Well, part of those stats are skewed since some of those minutes aren't scoring opportunities (like time spent on the PK and such). Still, the sheer magnitude of Radulov's pace (which will slow down eventually) is a gauge that he should be playing in the NHL and hopefully will get more playing time.

figured that since like six of our active threads are radulov-related...we may as well have a thread for it, since it generates a lot of questions and comments and stuff like that.

To whom it may concern:

I'm a die hard Red Wings fan AND a fan of Radulov, is this a conflict that cannot be reconciled?

Sincerely,

Dazed and Confused.

Not unless you come over to the Navy and Gold side of things for all 82 games...we don't need another Pred-Wings fan here in Nashville.

Radulov is such an electric player. I'm really looking forward to watching him continue to develop and maybe, just maybe his presence in the lineup will get the Preds on national TV broadcasts a few more times next season.

Yes, we have a twelve step program. The first step is recognition, and you are already there...

sticky?

Anybody hear him on the Darcy Hordichuk show last night.....he was great....Nashville is really going to fall for this kid soon....I hope they market him well....he is a potential gold mine for the Preds in many ways.

I'll take all the Pred-Wing fans we can get. The Nashville Predators organization isn't in a position to pick and choose fans, in my opinion.

The Pred-Wing fans that are die-hard Predator fans for 74 games of the season are fine by me. Besides, the Pred-Wing fans aren't much of a bother when their team is down 6-0 with 4 minutes to go in the second period.

But I'm only a fan of Radulov and Weber, I don't necessarily hate the rest of your team, but I don't necessarily like them either.

The pain!

If it starts seeing less action, perhaps...but people tend to glaze over stickies and miss them.

Besides, we already have like, 12

It's worth noting that Radulov's ten goals have come in more than 10 games less than those he's in company with.
