Nice gdt. Nylander doing well with Jagr, we had a trade thread here for him once I think. Straka still going strong as a veteran now. And I wouldnt have expected such a strong season from Shanahan, he must really want to make an impression in new york to kick-off a post hockey career. Maybe he'll guarantee another victory for them this year sometime. And what happened to Lundqvist?

No Reds, no alfie, and the unlucky afternoon game. This could be a real tough stretch against top teams coming up, could be humbling.

Are the Rangers a top team? If the Sens work really hard they can take this game. Rangers have been on a tough losing streak recently. Who covers Jagr? This is when we need Kelly on the top line?

Go Sens go

Going to miss the first period at the very least because of Math exam.

A math exam that I'm going to fail as it is.

are the Rangers a Top Team?

Depends on the Defense showing up.

Who covers Jagr?

Two or Three players at any given time

what happened to Lundqvist?

He's fine. Actually better than fine.

If the Sens work really hard they can take this game. Rangers have been on a tough losing streak recently.

Five OT's in the last 6 games. How are you guys in the shootout?

I'm in the same boat, but I think I'll be playing Lundqvist, since I'm not 100 percent sure one of my three goalies will be playing tonight.

I hate afternoon games. It cheapens the whole thing! That's like going to see a matinee movie. It just ruins the whole thing

I usually see matinée movies. That way theres more time to party at night.

I love afternoon movies, it's the best time to sneak into more than one movie, though I haven't done that in a couple years.

I dont understand why they called up Payer (a center) for Alfy instead of heerema, hennesey, ebbet, or bois

Agreed, Mitch. I think it's a seniority thing most likely, but it's disappointing because I really want to get a look at Hennessy, being part of the Havlat trade after all. I've liked all the scouting reports on him thus far, so I hope he gets the call at some point this year.
