McCrossin Sucks.

Look, it'd be one thing if guys were breaking arms and getting concussions, but 90% of these injuries are "strains" of some sort. And rather than dealing with the injuries and biting the bullet for full recovery, he's giving guys the OK to play too early and they're just hurting themselves worse. I've watched a lot of hockey, and I've never seen more "pulls" and "strains" in my whole life. Their conditioning just sucks.

It was even worse when Croce was the trainer in the 80's.

Aslo McCrsossin is not the one that always is making the final call and when players come back to play.

i think they need to fire him. he is clrealy NOT doing a good job. the fact that this is the third year in a row with insaine amounts of injuries shows this. plus a cahnge may help any x factor that may fix the inury situation.

While I don't think its his fault, his time is up and he'd be cleaned out come the offseason.

Ditto. I said it all last season too. Something is seriously wrong with our conditioning/training staff. No team has this number of injuries, three years in a row, legitimately. I'm really starting to get disgusted.

I was just complaining about him too. If it was just one year, then yeah, maybe a fluke. But as stated above this has been going on for 3 YEARS! It's time that he's held accountable.

He was suspect last year, and i don't see any change. Granted, our team is a mess right now, and you can't blame it all on inuries, also some of the injuries you can't help, all that said, never in my life have i seen the last two season's so impeded with injuries.

Last year was freaking annoying with all the groin pulls. Now it's strains of every kind. McCrossin can't prevent them all, but nagging injuries are plauging this team, it's time for a change.

We set an NHL record for most LABRUM related injuries the past few years.

First of all, the trainer is simply a trainer. If a player is injured, he has to be cleared to play by the team doctor, or which ever doctor is working with the player.

I'm not saying the same thing would happen, but the Kings did the same thing last season (they got rid of just about associated with the team except Lieweike and a few players). For the past few years going back to 2002 the team got ravaged with injuries, and while the Kings aren't very good right now, they do have new trainers and there are a lot less games being missed.

The lousy training program is just another indication

of a franchise that is completely mis-managed. The front office needs to be flushed of all these turds running the Flyers.

Forsberg news:

Bauer made him a skate where his foot doesn't roll.

McCrossin: I think Peter will practise Friday, maybe play saturday. I feel comfortable saying that.

I want to still be positive and hope this is finally the solution. It's just getting really hard to keep believing the problem is solved.

Not what I have seen, which is strange. Either it's good news or it doesn't hold truth...
