Sited Forsberg Updates (NO GARBAGE)

http://www.delcotimes.com/site/news....id=18170&rfi=6

Peter Forsberg is optimistic. The Flyers are optimistic. The doctors are optimistic. The skate manufacturers from Bauer are optimistic.

Forsberg update

Contrary to earlier plans, Peter Forsberg did not come back from Montreal yesterday but stayed an extra day to continue working on his new skate with the Bauer skate company.

"Peter and [equipment manager feel they are making really good progress and they still need to make some more alterations to it," said Flyers trainer Jim McCrossin. "He's very happy with how things are progressing."

http://www.courierpostonline.com/app...TS04/612150347

McCrossin said Bauer technicians enlarged Forsberg's skate boot around his ankle and at the base of his foot to allow his foot to sit flat inside the boot.

"They really custom-fitted a skate to Peter's foot," McCrossin said. "He's been skating up there (in Montreal). But the big test is not the twirl skates he's doing up there; it's whether the boot holds up in game situations."

McCrossin said Forsberg is "very optimistic" about the skate Bauer skate company made for him in Montreal. Forsberg will test the skate again today and is scheduled to arrive in Philadelphia at 8 tonight. If Forsberg is unable to play in Washington Saturday night he almost certainly will be in the lineup Tuesday night when the Flyers face the Carolina Hurricanes at the Wachovia Center.

There you go, I fixed that part about Bauer for you.

Doesn't take 6 months to fix a boot. You can take it to any pro shop and Mission skates can get heat baked and fixed in 15 minutes. They're morons, honestly. And don't say I don't know what I'm talking about, I'm in college for Material Science which is RIGHT UP THIS ALLEY.

Heck, if he had to, stuff some *** socks in his boot until they could fix it.

No, but it does take six months to reverse engineer a custom boot.

Yeah really.

It's not that new people aren't welcome, you just can't sign up with an angry attitude, call everybody on one of the largest hockey boards on the planet morons in your first post, and expect people to roll over and kiss your feet. In fact, quite the opposite. He can kiss my ***.

the (NO GARBAGE) really made me giggle. you broke your own rule in the very first post, comrade.

we welcome new people and ideas but you posted this thread like it was something revolutionary, but failed to realize that we all already knew everything in your "Sited" updates
