Sorry this is not up to the standard, but I am on my way out of town.

Also, being that myself and HF02 are both not going to be around this evening, one of my associates in Muave will be keeping an eye on the place. If there are any issues, we ask that you kindly report the post. Thanks.

Two teams in a heap of trouble. One has to win. Big chance to right the ship. It didnt work in Toronto. Against a division foe, this is even bigger.

We can't even get into the zone. It's sad. We dump it, they beat us to it. We carry it in, they take us off the puck.

I wish they'd just decline penalties.

Yeah, I'm hoping it'll send Feds and the others a message. Really, individually I think good things are happening but as a team, it's not working. I want to know why Perrin didn't shoot in that PP with Ward down. He went down sooooo early, even I could have, and would have, taken that shot and made it. Of course Prospal wouldn't have been ready for a pass. Anyone would have expected a shot. But then again, it is Prospal's job to pay attention.

Here's hoping for a good second period. Let's score on the remainder of this PP. 44 seconds. We've scored in 11 twice, the first time I was at the game

Well, we scored a PP goal, and then like 5 minutes later they did. Denis should have stopped that one, but later he made three huge saves, proving my point that he misses the easy saves and makes the hard ones. So basically nothing happened. We're still playing well. But it's not reflected on the score board.

A few plays in the first period annoyed me about Boyle. He has this tendency to turn around when someone challenges him. If he were double teamed in the defensive zone, there could be a problem. Also, that stops the play from moving into the other zone, as he frequently turns around instead of making forward passes that are obvious.

Kuba has looked beyond horrible tonight. I can't count how many times he's just thrown the puck right to a Canes player.

Gotta love this team. Denis FINALLY decides to show up, and this crap excuse for D lets him down.

Yet another game that was pretty much controlled by this team with a negative result. And big changes don't need to be made?

Not much else to say. For all the talent on this team, they suck. That's flat out honesty. It's a 4-5 guy team, and those guys can't do it all.

The thing that upsets me the most is that NOTHING is being done. Why isn't Torts calling out this crap D like he calls out bad goaltending? Why is only Fedotenko being benched? Why isn't someone being called up to bring some hunger in? Things like that should have been done a long time ago, and it's still yet to happen.

And you gotta love the typical Lightning goal after the game is already put away. These guys just can't do it anymore. This system doesn't work, these players don't work, these coaches don't work.

I predict BIG changes before 2007, and if they aren't made, then this team is going to have a lottery pick in the next draft.

We tend to sign tenders with issues.

"Tampa goaltender Corey Schwab on his leg pads that were measured and found to be a trifle too wide, "Can I control if my equipment bag is always on the bottom of the truck, getting squished?" "

And just because I love to quote him (no he doesnt have issues)

Sean Burke on ending his personal winless streak. " It feels like I was 10 months pregnant coming into the game (and I) finally had a baby,"

Sean Burke after surviving a stick and pad measurements, "Hopefully, they're not
going to measure my nose. Then I'd be illegal."
