Wow, you'd think after four years now people would grow up and get over that.

Come on BJ fan, he said it was stupid himself. By the way, from a fan of one stupidly-named team to another, people never EVER get tired of the obvious joke. Just get used to it.

That was a good period. Only two defensive zone giveaways that I saw. That's an improvement.

I like that Martensson, too. He seems dangerous.

Wasted power play there. No chances whatsoever.

2nd period started 4 on 4, then a power play that was sad. Burnett just sort of assaulted Tyler Wright for no reason and took a triple minor - there's something you don't see every day - the idiot MacDonnell took a swipe at Garret from the bench so the BJs only get a 4 min power play....

and Vyborny just scored.

You burnett fans are just stupid. Sorry, but you are. A man this moronic has no business in a professional league.

That was a crappy call though. I understand a 2 minute penalty for cross checking, but not a double minor and a rough. That's just over the top.. also, shouldn't swinging from the bench be more than just a minor?

They killed the 2nd penalty, barely. They've got us on our heels, now.

We were playing really well.

Huge save there by Gerber on a 2 on 1? 3 on 1?

Something like that. Are we the easiest team to get odd man rushes against?

I was under the impression that it was a suspension. But I'm sure they'll tone it down since suspensions are mean.

Burnett had Wright bent over the boards and crosschecked him twice (after the original hit) and then hit him in the back of the head. Triple minor is a bit harsh but you could make a case for it.

This is the first time his antics have cause such a dramatic downturn in a game, although they've never helped.

I think he'll see the press box for a while.

Yes, but how many times do cross checks ot the back like that not get called at all? I understand one minor but not two for the cross check. The rough is a pretty weak call because he didn't throw any punches that connected with anyone.

This power play is a must. At least to regain the momentum.
