Has Doug been asked yet concerning what he thinks about lasers of the goalposts? Perhaps Gare and Doug have already had a heart-to-heart about that one.

Would like to know what he thinks about the play of the Crunch and what Blais is doing right now. Maybe he can put two and two together and get Blais behind their bench.

I dunno...I don't have much confidence in the ole light going off with Douggie when it comes to coaching decisions.. You may be better off asking McConnel that question..maybe he'll get a segment this afternoon..

Touche' Shelf. I hope Doug has a sense of humor. It sickens me when Doug will not acknowledge that Hitch may have had a hand in the team's recent run of success. Instead Doug will talk about how clever he was to get Tampa to throw in Noreena in the Denis for Modin trade. That game the other night with a win over Detroit was one of the best games I've seen this year- not in Columbus- but in the NHL. Doug's pouting like a spoiled brat when it comes to the influence Hitch has had on this team. Hitch was nothing short of masterful the way he manipulated the Wings in the last 5 minutes of that game. I hope the owner's were paying attention.

I knew it!! Even Walkom confirmed that Fritsche's hit on the Phoenix guy was a clean hit... not that it matters now...or will fix Tollefsen's nose..

What in the hell was Rimmer thinking -- 75 mil a year? The whole time I'm sitting here listening saying dude...there is a decimel point inbetween those numbers in EVERY article that talks about Plan B..

omg, Rimer just referred to Mick Magoo as one of the best refs in the league!

(we have him for the game tonight, btw )

what's beyond tickled pink?

given recent play, you would think GMDM would be tickled a deep burgundy.

he said fans would be tickled pink if we had reached .500 back when he said it, nothing more, nothing less.
If he ment that as when we reach .500 i think he is right

TS, I was surprised (more like stunned) by people saying it wasn't. You see 10-20 hits a game from behind that never get called (far worse then Fritche's hit). There was nothing wrong with that hit at all.

No fan is tickled pink at .500, unless you were an old Bengals fan. .500 doesn't get you into the playoffs. We want the Cup, but the playoff's would be a necessary first step, one would think.

and DM the doof was talking about Hitch, not the overall record to this point
