This was the best game of the season I believe, we played a whole 60min and only allowed 23 shots.

That's the one that felt the best, especially for a Schadenfreud ******* like myself who enjoyed the misery of Theodore and Brisebois on that night.

Tonight might have been our best all year.

The Habs worked extremely hard tonight and the result was extremely positive.

To me, this is the best game of the season. The two teams were extremely hungry but the best team won tonight.

Does anybody else have the feeling that this win was EXTREMELY important? I mean i know all games are important..but if we would have lost this one..i don't know...it probably would have raised the panic button...

What's with the hyperboles? This is far from the best game of the season. Sure they played well, but this is not the best game of the season. Maybe best of the year???

Well if it could help Ryder to scores a bunch of them and help him relax now, only can be profitable.

Hehe well writing in english is always more difficult than writing in french for me. Maybe I tried to be too expressive.

But tonight the Habs work so hard, they were always first on the puck, they were always fighting for the puck control. Yes , they did a few mitakes on defense, but tonight they really try.

Maybe it not the best performance by the Habs tonight but , to me, it the best overall effort of the season.

You know, thinking about the game made me realise that I prefer when the Habs win by playing with intensity and hard work like they did tonight than when they're too careful and win by playing the damn trap. Hockey is supposed to be this exciting. Did you see how much the crowd was into it, too?

Habs with the two-man forecheck tonight, stealing a page from the Bolts' playbook. Surprise, it worked well. There's a lot of whining about the Habs' D not being able to cope, but the TB D is nothing to write home about after Boyle, IMO...

On the "how will Carbo use Streit next" watch: Streit subbing in for Samsonov to protect the lead at the end of the game. Carbo trusts him, obviously.

Wow how many garbage goals Ryder have score this year ? The puck always hit him and go through the net. Thought, I will not cry about it.

Kovalev great game, 3pts (second 3pts game of him this season).

Plekanec stand in the slot for the rebond for once he can finish, was about time.

One more point for Koivu and he's already at 40pts.

23-11-5

Next game against Caps, full team effort of 60mins like today and the habs will own.

BTW; I notice that, I didn't miss any game of the Habs this season. I'm on pace for 82 games

What a pathetic comment! Who really cares who scores the goal? Obviously, you're not a true Hab fan. A true fan is more concerned with the success of the team rather than success of individual players.

.
Carbo seems to like playing the other guys' style. I don't know if it's a good thing on the long run, though. But it was prety exciting to see. I wonder if Kovy playing so well was a message he was sending to his coach: I don't want to play the damn trap! Look what I can do without a leach on.
