Last Yankee to start an All-Star Game

OK, historians. After seeing the recent all star ballots results for the East, I'm depressed that there haven't been an American-born player starting in an All-star game in a while. Can anybody tell me when was the last all-star game where an American was "voted in" and actually started an all-star game? This will definitly cheer me up.
