GDT 1/5 Comrieless Coyotes @ Atlanta

Up and Down

Up and Down

Which way will the Thrashers play tonight, I don't know. However lets see how the Thrashers do with what should be close to a packed house on a Friday night. Their record with a big crowd at home....not so good.

FYI- Comrie pulled a Heatley when he got to Ottawa(nice to be in a town that cares about hockey, etc.), always nice when they kick you on the way out of town.

The more and more I think about that trade, the more and more I think about how good Comrie would be with Kovy.

Thrash win this one.

If Kovy or Hossa can solve Cujo or Telly early, this will be a blowout. If not, the Coyotes are red hot, and the Thrash will have to claw for those points. Best of luck. Any fighters that want to take on Gratton?

He has to say something nice in response to "What's it like being in Ottawa?"

I don't recall him saying "It's nice to be in a town that cares about hockey, unlike Phoenix."

Ruchhin on the 4th line and XLB on the second pairing. Hossa and Kovy scoring for a 2-0 lead. Can't ask for much more; well that Kozlov is only out for tonight.

3-1 Hossa for us, Doan for them... + Crosby still has zip, yay...

We're heading for: Hossa overtaking the goal lead, getting closer to Crosby in the scoring race,
getting a win before our trip to DC, Kovalchuk getting his confidence back...

Everything peachy except that injury to Kozlov that is unfortunately possibly more significant than
all the stuff mentioned above - please don't let it be so Lord

Hedberg just had one hit the post lightly, from far out. He doesn't look so great in net right now.

In his defense, he's made some key saves so far as well.

Is it just me or did the radio feed just die?

Weird, the feed from nhl.com stopped working for me, but the feed from the 680 site is working, must be something with nhl.com

Missed the last 8 minutes or so of the 2nd though .
