Well, Dale sucked but at least he played hard. Malik it's just a d*** on skates, who is content to make his millions and give little effort.

Why pull Lundqvist? The Rangers are better a man up than they are two men up.

What do you expect guys??? The 3rd and 4th line has no scoring touch whatsoever... so its a wash as to what they do offensively.. Since the 2nd line has been picking up the slack lately I guess they deserve a night off...

This team is not built to win night in and night out... The defense collectively is horrible, so why are all of you expecting this team to win consistantly?

where's graves and theo when you need 'em??? not to mention jagr is softer than mike piazza with a sprained thumb. no matter how many points jj puts up, the rangers need a solid D, you aren't going to win a cup, let alone a playoff series with no backbone. play with some heart and intensity...pleaaaaaaaaaassssseeeee hit. my $0.02

And those are all reasons why you can't kill Renney.

This is a very flawed team. And it all starts with the pieces it's built with. The 3rd and 4th line is more or less identical in the way they're made up.

Terrible, terrible, terrible effort tonight defensively. For the first two periods, we were pounded and rather than respond, we wilted like the p****** that we are.

Didn't look too bad in the offensive zone, DiPietro had a tremendous game and give the Isles credit for clogging up the neutral zone.

Next time we should suit up the little kids ice hockey team from South Park. This is ridiculous seeing this team with these mindless defensive lapses.

What a pathetic effort!

This team won't stand up for itself for nothing. What a bunch of wussies! Thanks Renney for making this the softest team in the NHL.

I try to be clear in all of my posts that I blame Sather and Renney equally for the failures here. Sather has not done a good job building a well-rounded team, and at the same time Renney does a poor job using what he has, or *gasp* helping players play better by instilling some discipline. The organization is not in good shape.
