GDT: 1/9/07 Thrashers @ Habs 7:30

Haven't done one in a while and thought I would give one a crack and try to break this losing streak.

Kozlov is back tonight. But so are most of the Habs after a stomach virus ran through the locker room (according to the AJC they didn't even have enough players for practice yesterday) but everyone seems fine today.

I would give special team stats.....but we all know our PP and PK stink right now.

Another local black out, gotta have CI to see this one. So time to cozy up with Kammal and Odgers and let the Velvet sounds of 680 sooth ya.

Hopefully Kari let the defense have an earfull after the latest collapse and we see a re-energized team out there tonight.

Happened to me as well. I went back just a second ago, since it is time for puck drop (thinking that maybe it was just because it was before the scheduled start time) and it is still doing it.

Finally got it.

Yeah same - is it just me or is that Center Ice info fairly big news? Has Center Ice always been available online?

Don't think so. I know Major League Baseball tried it for the first time this past season on MLB.com, but this is the first time I have seen it on NHL.com so far this season.

Thrashers beat reporter thinks that Kovy, Hossa, and Kozlov all have shots at the all star team. But he also thinks that Kari will probably end up in the Young Stars game and not the All Star game itself.

deVries from Metro in what Kammal is describing as a highlight spin-a-ramma pass from behind the net.

1-0 Thrashers

Kammal and Odgers after Kari almost turns it over to the Habs behind his own net.

Kammal:
"Someone needs to go back there and talk to him and get him to calm down."

Odgers:
"Or hit him over the head."

and a 2nd period that has to be called a Craporama up to now. This team looks like a mites team right now.

Slava looks brain damaged. He's laid passes on Hab sticks at least 5 times already and Kari is giving the puck up behind the net like crazy. Jeez.

Nice to see the "checking line's" hard work pay off. Those 3 play their butts off every game and I always like it when they chip in and their effort pays off offensively. All 3 of them get points on that one with Larsen with the goal and Holik and VJ the helpers.

I'm with you, Sally.

French feed is pretty cool.

One of the most pretty girls I ever saw was a French lady on a flight from Paris to Lisbon.

Holy Smokes!

The other pretty girl I remember was working at a junked out restaurant in Colby, Kansas. Don't know what she was doing there with all the other natives.
