Three biggest surprises in this game

Gimme a list of what you consider the three biggest surprises in this game against Atlanta.

Mine are:
1. Kovalev actually playing in the defensive zone without the puck. He stopped what would have been a great scoring chance.
2. Ryder actually passing the puck instead of shooting.
3. Ryders 3 points

Honourable mention: The Habs outshot Atlanta in the first two periods.

My answer would be.

1. Habs winning when down 2-0 during a three game slide
2. Ryders pass to Latendresse
3. Ryder he was amazing

1. markov actually showing some emotion and grit after taking a big hit . he played a great game . 2. grabovski , the kid still has a lot to learn defensively but he sure can make things exciting offensively , great moves at top speed , fun to watch . 3. plekanec , already defensively sound and now the offence is starting to come . he scored a nice goal and distributed the puck with authoritey(sp?) gaineys patience is a huge assett to this team . HM to ryder who played a great game in all three zones .

1. 3rd line: With Plek centering johnson & higgins could be our 3rd line replacement, we could, then, try Bonk between Sammy & Kovy

2. 1st line, Guillaume plays very well with Saku and it appears that is grit is an awesome addition to this line, something Higgins couldn't do well!

3. Coming back after trailling 2-0 since the team didn't play well lately!

Actually, 1 was on the PP. But 3 ES goals is still pretty good. Especially for this team.

-CANADIENS coming back from 2-0
-Kovy and Hossa being held pointless
-Ryder with 3 points in the third

hm to Glen Metropolit for his attempt at cooling off the entire Bell center with his enormous fan, but that was a nice surprise.

1- Rydah on Fayah
2- Latendresse was a beast.
3- We won

Really. I almost always expect to win. But y'day, for some strange reason, I was sure we were gonna lose. And then it was 2-0...

But hey. ain't it sweet to be wrong!

Just the fact that the Habs had legs again was surprising, they played great.

Also, it was a suprisingly well reffed game. They were pretty consistent in calls made and calls not made.
