he is not really having a great year and nashville has a few young guys like Webber and Suter who are doing well. i wonder if we can pry him back to qb the pp. he is making 3.2M this year and he is in the first year of a 4 year deal. I wonder what would it take to get him back. and do we want him? i think i do.

Can sign an OFF d-man in the off-season for just the cash/cap room. No point in giving up youth for this TEAM.

Love Zidlicky, would be thrilled if he played for the Rangers, though I can't really see where he fits into the current lineup with Pock, Rosival, supposedly filling the PP role.

The point is moot, however, since Nashville is competing for the cup this year I don't see them moving players like Zidlicky (in addition to the fact that he was just resigned in the offseason) right now.

Way too much money for a one dimensional player. Nashville os stuck with him. The only way they move him is to waive, pass through waivers and then recall him and have some team claim him for half the money. You make bad contracts, you eat'em or learn to line with them.
