I think Sauer should be ahead of Korpikoski because IMO he projects as 1st pairing defenseman. Jessiman should not be in our top 20 prospects.

voted Callahan, the kid knows what to do to continue to progress at the higher level and the other guys have not shown that ability just yet.

Voted Sauer. He's gonna be a hell of a D-man in the near future, methinks. Korpikoski just hasn't impressed me when I've seen him. He'll be fine, I think, but I've just seen more from Sauer (be it at a lower level).

Dunno who to add. Let's say Girardi.

said Korpikoski, add Girardi... i would want Sauer/Anisimov/Sangs to be better/have a higher ceiling, but i haven't seen them play at all whereas i have seen Korp play (albeit a few times)

Korpikoski again. I'm going to add Girardi too though I'm thinking about Byers. Moore's not doing enough for me right now and Jessiman is in freefall.

Lots of people view Callahan's upside as a third line player.

voted Sauer. He gets it for me because decent defensive prospects are more valueable. Korpi seems more likely to be a 3rd liner than a 2nd. Kinda like Swedish meatball Sundstrom Add Girardi.

Then you shouldve voted Korpikoski who has Grit and upside and is already in Hartford.

I rate players based on their current worth. On the open market Korpikoski has high value, higher than Dawes but still people voted for Dawes. Ok....

That's a pretty good criterion: think of which players other teams would ask for in a trade.
