Broke back (need advice)

Not the exact same

I just turned 15 and in October i had knee surgery to repair a torn meniscus. I know this is noting like a back injury. Most people i knew thought this was going to be a carrear ending injury but i proved them all wrong. the Doc said 4mnths rehab, but i got back in 3. the most important thing is to TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR and have him guve you the okay. Repeatedly go to PT and also consult your PT Instructer. Most of the time, with proper care, your injured body part will be stronger than ever from exercising it.
