Really? Paris, I don't think that you should mix hockey with dog sweaters.

i remember during the playoffs last year they did a story about a store on whyte that sold them...not sure what it's called or where exactly on whyte it's located..but there can't be that many pet clothing stores on Whyte.

It's the Urban Dog on Whyte, I remember they were on the morning news during the playoffs and they had every possible Oilers acessory for dogs. Quite sad actually!

Dressing up dogs is just plain wrong. I did see a dog wearing a poncho in mexico which i thought was hilarious but honestly, don't you have anything better to do than play dress-up with your pet.

Depending on the breed of dog, sometimes you just have to put something on them in the winter when taking them outside for walks and such. Other than that, there's no good reason to put a sweater on your dog.

they have a natural coat!

There are lots of dog breeds out there that aren't good in cold weather, and need more than just their own fur to keep them warm.

Next time it's -30 outside, try going for a walk with your dog with the same clothes you'd wear indoors and see how well you hold up.

my dog is quite small, and has only short hair, not very shaggy, thus gets cold for him going outside in the winter. he doesn't wear sweaters indoors.

I hear ya Gerald. I have a Boston Terrior and they have very short hair. I thought it looked goofy at 1st as well when my wife got them, but without them you feel like you are making your kid go to the bus stop without a jacket on!
