If the draft order shakes out like this, and I'm the Blues picking at #6, I'd take vanRiemsdyk or Turris ahead of Gagner.
I like Gagner, and the Blues could use another skilled center in the organ-I-zation, but vanRiemsdyk has too much size and upside to pass up.
I like James O'Brien for the Blues, too... but not at 6th overall. If the Blues end up picking in the 10-15 range, I'd go with O'Brien if vanRiemsdyk was gone by then, as he likely will be.
