Gears of War is the shiznit. It's a third-person shooter with an amazing single-player campaign. Just an example of great game design mixed with great graphics and gameplay. You can play 2-player co-op online and off, and multiplayer is fun, too (though your fun with online vs. will depend on how well you can deal with connection latency. As dabeechman said, sometimes you'll have a great game and feel like a god, and others you'll stink it up). Still, a very worthwhile purchase; one of the best games, if not the best, on the 360. Gameplay is top-notch.

If you happen to pick it up, I'd love to jump in on some 2-player campaign mode.

Sorry to bump such an old thread, but making a new one over something so small seemed like a waste. Anyway, had this happen in NHL 09 tonight. Bernier just robbed one of the Coyotes after his teammate hit the bar.

Yeah, that was a sweet save. However, I've seen som human goalies on NHL 09 make some even crazier ones.

I actually have not played online for a while. When the new game (NHL10) comes out I might renew my XBOX LIVE account. I will let you know if and when this happens Kings Kid.
