Btw if he's from the province of Québec , your prospect have like 99 % of the chances to play in the LHJMQ , not in college

According to INCH there are 35 Quebecios in the NCAA mostly in the AHA and ECAC.

6 play for Sacred Heart including Devils prospect Jason Smith.

Montreaal D prospect Phil Paquete plays for Clarkson, Simon-Denis Papin at Maine, Kings D man Martin Nolet plays for Umass (all 3 bear a passing resemblence to the prospect we are making here) and SJ prospect Torry Mitchell captians Vermont.

Last year a french canadien from New Brunswick lead Holy Cross over Minnesota (gratuitous Holy Cross reference). i know Esposito used college as leverage.

And depending on how to coun him Paul Stastny played at DU.
