Luongo just seems be to moving kind of slow. Maybe it's just me though.

Not like I care about him, but I do want the West to win.

The 3 year lay-off must have caused you to forget what All-Star games are like.

Smyth with an assist on Havlat's goal.

Night capped off with a bizarre empty netter from Celine.

His line (Crosby, Ovechkin, Shanahan) was not impressive.

Funny how the "They shouldn't be here" line of Yanic, Rolston, Guerin, totally owned the AO/Crosby line.

Ovechkin and Crosby crumbled under the pressure. They wanted to make that one highlight play - and neither of them would shoot. They just passed to each other over and over, regardless of an empty lane or not.
The first quote I've ever seen of Crosby not doing the classic hockey "We gave 110%" type thing.... after it was over he said "I'm depressed about our play" - or something along those lines. I'm sure someone will correct it, but it was different from Crosby.

On another note - was it just me or did Smyth seem like a real star wearing 93? He didn't look like the classic 94, he was just cruising with a confidence we rarely see of him handling the puck. Crossing one zone to another like he owned the rink. He actually reminded me of Rick Nash (when Nash decided to play).

Nash got his goals from Sakic and Havlat's amazing vision, and the fact that no one would hit him.

For sure, I meant to say "when Nash actually used to play".... not in reference to this game itself. But Smyth was skating around with that confidence of 03 style Rick Nash.

And Another great performance by Havlat. He's the real deal, Ottawa should have let Alfredsson go before that guy.
