I'll be honest here...and it probably sounds stupid...I'd rather overpay for Nylander for one year at 4.5 million then overpay for Federov for one year...

For what Federov costs and what he is going to cost in a sellers market it makes no sense to do...

Federov is washed up. Smoliski is the best second line center. He can play two way game and is a playmaker. He is a right handed shot. He is playing well this year. He has three short handed goals.

Betts Ward

What does Chicago want for this guy?
