Rangers lose 9-1. Lone goal scored by Tomas Pock, who is later benched in the 3rd period by Renney who later said "We were getting to the short strokes, so we decided to shorten the back end and try to generate more offense. I realize that's Tommy's forte but -- it's a learning experience [for him]."

u talkin about St.Louis?

the guys got like 28 goals this year, having him score on us isnt exactly a diss, like having Hollweg score on another team.

Isles won, so if we lose this playoff hopes will be fading...

Prediction

4-0 TBL. Shanny misses 3 open nets and Jagr hits 2 posts.

Like the Ward-Hollweg switch...let's get a win tonight. So I guess we're looking at:

Straka-Nylander-Jagr
Hossa-Betts-Shanny
Prucha-Cullen-Jed
Hollweg-Krog-Ward

Tyutin-Girardi
Ward-Rachunek
Lampman-Pock

LET'S GET A W!

Well its a road game ... so the rangers have a much better chance at winning it.

Pardon me for being Captain Obvious, but Jagr NEEDS to score tonight if we want to win..

Nonetheless....

LETS GO RANGERS!

BTW... why was J.Ward sitting all these games while waste of space Adam Hall was still in the lineup is beyond me.

We need these pts. this is when teams are starting to seperate and we're going to be on the wrong end of the seperation, if we don't start getting some pts.

Given the "options," I happen to like Jason Ward centering the 2 line over Betts, but then again, there is something to be said for continuity, and at this point it might make more sense to just ride Betts on the 2 line until some help arrives from a trade or HFD.

I like these lines. Hopefully Lampman can give us some energy.

This is a huge game especially since the Wings are playing very well and they come in and then the Devils..and with everyone around us picking up points, there's a chance for a major loss. It will be interesting to see how the officials treat us since this is the first game since Shanny spoke out.
