which city would go cup crazy?

Which nhl city would be the craziest around town if they won the cup this season?

my vote goes to Buffalo, I was there during the playoffs last season for some time and the whole city was in a playoff atmosphere, you could tell it would erupt if they won a cup.

Another "pick your city" thread? At least this one is limited to teams/fans that haven't been recent winners.

With the Steelers playing bad, Pittsburgh would go Cup crazy without a doubt.

Bud fans would lose it.

You would need straight jackets for some of them.

I don't like them and I hope they never win it but lemme tell you that if Toronto wins the cup the CN tower is going down.

I'd say Buffalo. Their professional sports teams always seem to get the shaft, so a championship would blow the city up. Plus, have to say the Sharks, because no bay area team has been very successful in recent years (with the exception of the A's, I guess). The only successful team in recent memory (San Jose Earthquakes - 3 MLS championships) were moved to Houston.

Toronto and Boston would be my two picks.

If there's a riot to be had for anything, Boston is a good bet for one.

I just hope a team wins the cup that has fans that will appreciate it.

Last thing I want to see is San Jose, Nashville, or Anaheim win the cup.

Dont need another Tampa Bay or Carolina.

Definitely not Ottawa.

Basically, a small city, and who are underdogs, and has a good hockey base. Prime examples are Calgary and Edmonton the past 2 seasons.

I'd go with Toronto.

It'd be a celebration that is national in scope, with how many Bud fans there are Canada-wide.

Compound that with that the amount of time that has passed since the last Cup win.

Vancouver would blow-up! same with Toronto, they have probably the biggest fan-base in the league..... I think any Canadian city would be off the hook if they won a cup, teams in the US: Buffalo, Nasville, Columbus, and Minny. Columbus has never made the playoffs and they sell out every game, i couldn't imagine what it would be like there if they made the playoffs.
