Your favourite Montreal offensive trio?

List your favourite offensive trio that Montreal uses or should use in your opinion. I'm talking about our current players with their current skill levels, not potential skill levels.

I'd love to see...

Kovalev - Koivu - Higgins

or

Ryder - Plekanec - Latendresse

LATENDRESSE-KOIVU-KOVALEV...

would this work ? what do you think ?

Now that games seems to be more and more important...I think Kovalev put his "Superstar" gloves on...

Perezhogin/Koivu/Kovalev - Line they have used

Samsonov/Higgins/Ryder - I think they should give this line a try.

I loved watching that 1st line play, quite exciting and a lot of chemistry.

The second line I think would also bring a lot to the table.

I think that Sammy deserves a chance with Saku.

He could not play more bad that right now enyway.

What do you think about Sammy-Koivu-Kovy? They played one shift on the same line this year and they scored.

Agree with this lineup.

Remember in Boston, Samsonov played sometimes with a playmaker (Thornton) and a sniper (Murray). Saku and Ryder could help him, no?

Sammy- Koivu- Kovy

They played 1 shift togheter and dominated the play for about a minute in the penguins zone before Dandenault scored.I don't understand why Carbo never gived them another chance togheter

I agree 15-11-27... they're at 100% efficiency in goals/shift so far this year.

I like those lines!!
It balances things out on the top 2 lines, gives us that excellent 3rd line and we have an exciting 4th line that can do anything, hit, score, pester the other team etc. I wouldn't mind seeing Johnson used on the top 2 lines once in a while either. He is big and strong and can put the puck in the net. He's not just a defensive specialist.
