I wonder if Washington would be interested in Garon since Kolzig is out for the next three weeks. Then again, Brent Johnson has played well this season, so maybe not.
I doubt Armstrong is going anywhere. He plays his role very well - and does so very cheaply. He shows up to play every night and does what he's capable of doing. Look how good the Frolov-Armstrong-Cammaleri line is playing. Admittedly, Armstrong is the 'talent' on that line - but he plays the role he needs to play quite well.
Not that he's untradable or anything. But I imagine Lombardi would want value for him. DL wouldn't just throw him into a trade.

But I think Army's trade value is relatively high right now. I think a lot of people would be suprised what we could get for him
I don't see Miller being moved. I think DL will try and retain him and move Sopel/Norstrom. Given the right package/deal I can see Armstrong/Miller moved but I do not see DL going out of his way to move either like Norstrom/Sopel. Should be fun to see what happens
I don't see Norstrom not being moved. Norstrom is solid gone. Miller is a tough call. Depends on the offers. We'll have a new captain 2 weeks from now...and some (unknown at the moment) forward will be wearing #14 next year.
Garon & Sopel to the NYR for Montoya, Tyutin, & Girardi
Miller to Buffalo for Sekera & a 3rd...
Armstrong and Pushkarev to New Jersey for Rasmussen, Vrana & a 3rd... (the Devils probably don't have enough salary room, but Giona is out with an injury.)
