I'm going to make this quick. I really need help settling this. A bunch of people from my work believe about half of nhlers use cocaine quite often after big games and other times.
I believe that there is no way considering the drug policy and the fact it would be near impossible to play at the highest level using drugs. Not to mention how many GM's and coaches wouldn't stand for any of that crap.
What's everyone's thoughts on this? Any help would be appreciated.
12) Libel: Any posts libeling players, prospects, or hockey personnel. It's not acceptable to post that you heard Player X has a drinking/drug/sex/personal problem from a "good" source. A link to a credible media source must be posted to support such claims. Other forums and personal websites are not credible.
If anyone alleges anything about any particular player without substantial proof from a reputable source, they will be penalized and the thread will be closed.
I have no idea where people get there numbers from, but I can assure you, with the lax doping controls and abuse tests in place and the weak enforcement of these rules, if players wanted to take them, they will. And you probably can play on an high level still with certain drugs.
