Guys take it easy. We will win this one with some luck. The team will comeout really strong for the 2nd period!

Pred's really went for it.

It's gonna be interesting to see how they do now. A lot of focus is going to be on them.

I've had enough of Rachunek honestly. Hopefully he won't be on this team next year, or maybe Sather can trade him at the deadline.

But this team has been known to get down very quickly when things like this happen...hopefully you're right.

Why should we need luck? Right now the Canes have all the luck, and the Rangers have been totally outplaying them. I just think the Canes luck has to end and the Rangers have to keep it up. The Rangers keeping it up is what worries me.

I think your right. The way they've been playing they'll come back pissed.

Jagr's line sounds like they were just flying out there. Maybe JJ's ready to bust out big time.

give credit to the Canes. Thats their game, they are LETHAL on the rush, the Rangers did an excellent job of keeping them off their game. I thought we played very well in that period.

1-1 but I think we played a great 1st. Still 2 periods left dudes. Real bad play by Rachunek but you're all makin it sound like we're down by 14 goals. Cmon now!

I hope Maloney lets his brother know that Rachunek should be off this team.

Pock cant be any worse, I hope they are showcasing Rachunek although that play wont help his trade value.

I agree, you can't change a team overnight. They are still going to make dumb mistakes every now and then until their confidence goes up a little more

Just keep doing what we are doing and we'll get the PP, hopefully, and some even strength goals.

Philly did very well here. 3 1st rounders and a 3rd. Not too shabby.

Ward didn't help things any when he tried to take away the shot instead of the pass. I mean I am not an NHL defender and I even know you do that on a 2 on 1. Ward should know that by now in his career.

Not only did Rachunek not get it deep, the entire team were far to high up ice. Lets say he gets a heck of a shot on goal, and one of their D's gets the rebound, its still a 2 on 1.

Yeah and Ward don't know how to play a 2 on 1. Why is it Ward gets a free pass around here?
