He's alright. He's already a solid player, and he's got good potential.

Of the possible trade targets left, I think Bill Guerin would be at the top of my list.

Yup, I thought the same thing when I heard Laviolette's comments.

Goalpost wants us to win tonight, we shouldn't let him down.

2 power play goals against on 2 chances. We're in a lot of trouble.

Justin Williams played only three minutes in the first period. Who did he tick off?

And now Williams is out of the hockey game?

We need to make some type of move, these injuries will kill us.

i don't know if a move makes sense at this point. it's not like we are a small piece away from a great chance at a long playoff run. i say do what we can the rest of the season, see where it gets us, rest up and reload for next year. and who knows, something special could still happen.

Wow, Stillman, Cole and now potentially Williams and Whitney? Who the hell did the Canes piss off?

Wow, so Justin Williams is officially out and Hedican gets hurt, even if Whitney did get back. What's the record for games lost to injury in a season?

I'm sure Buffalo fans will be quick to say "2006 Sabres".

Good for Nashville, in my opinion. The picks are gonna be low (and the 3rd is a conditional), Upshall will be a 3rd liner (and he never got a spot on the deep Predators) and they got Hamhuis, Suter, Weber and others on the blueline, so Parent was kinda expendable.

I'll be cheering for them in the west.

Oh, and what did Laviolette say about Babchuk?

Yeah, but most of those came in the playoffs, didn't they? Canes were up to like 215 or something a few games ago.

I love your team's radio broadcaster. I was listening to the game on Sirius for the first two periods. The guy is professional as can be, excited, not boring, and just very, very entertaining.

A+ to him.

They asked Laviolette about how Andrew Ladd came to him with the request for more icetime and how he saw that as a sign of passion and was praising him for it. Then he said something along the lines of, "it's not like he went off and pouted because things didn't go his way like other players", or something to that effect. I can't really remember the exact words, but he had some venom in his voice for sure.

Probably the single worst effort by the Hurricanes this year in one of the single most important games.
