Upshall should be playing, dunno who's in net but Stevens seemed quite happy with Niitty's perfomance against Toronto.

Lines?

Gagne - Richards - Knuble
Calder - Carter - Upshall
Eager - Umberger - Kapanen
Fedoruk - Sanderson - Afanasenkov

The other day, on a different board, a Rangers fan said to me, "Yeah, the Flyers can only win against fourth string goalies." I came back with our numbers against Lundy in the past couple of seasons, and then ended with, "let's wait and see what happens on Saturday." Less than 24 hrs. later Forsberg was traded. Here's to hoping we win our first game of the season without him.

Let's Go Flyers!!!!!

I think it was a gamble. If he somehow turned back into the player he was earlier in his career then it would have been a steal.

Unfortunatly I think he's gotten even worse...

All I want is effort and physical play. If we lose, we lose. But I'd like to see the youthful exuberance that this team should have on a nightly basis from here on out.

Only thing i am looking for today is Upshall, Eager, Fedoruk, Richie, etc to knock the **** out of the Rags. Seeing this team play physical is like a breath of fresh air after the wussy garbage we put up with this season and last

Hollweg is scratched, Orr is in for the Rangers. As long as we keep it up, Orr rarely gets shifts and Avery can be taken by any of the guys you mentioned. I'm looking forward to this.

Upshall is wearing #9, Flyers site had him as #10. He took Rosie's number, not a good sign for him!

Nevermind, Hollweg in, Orr out. Even better as far as I'm concerned.

I really want to see some Eager vs. Hollweg, then reading the Ranger's board reactions. Always provides a nice experience

I don't care who fights him, as long as someone tries.
