What the hell is wrong with Yahoo and kneeing?

This is the second time they've done this penalty and I don't know if it suppose to be kneeing or kneeling!

Maybe they got something against the former FLY line?.. they want them to KNEEL now

I'm guessing that kneeling isn't a penalty...I keep getting confused when I see that.
