Calgary VS Colorado The Final Episode

Will Calgary win on the road? This is the question surrounding all of the Flames hopeful. I think with the recent additions and the tight NW division the Flames will take this down 4-2. I know all of the road worries but all teams are doomed for success on the road. Y'all are so worried on PF that you don't realize what you are missing. A team that is battling and a team that will win the NW division and possibly the cup. Cut Playfair some slack our offence is killer and our defence will pick up the pace.

dont see too many 3 game series anymore. so this should be interesting. however avs got the home ice, therefore they had the home ice advantage.

I really hope the Flames can steal this win against the Avalanche. Given our road troubles this season, I can't say I'm confident when it comes to games like this, but if they're gonna get it together on the road, this is the game to do so.

After that last game on saturday, I'm expecting to see a physical game, that's for sure. Hopefully there will be no more injuries, though (and that goes for both teams).

The Flames will win at the Pepsi Center if they do not take unnecessary penalties, try to outshoot the Avs, win the one on one battles and play like they do at home then they will be successful. Go Flames Go

They will win if they win the most important battle - Conroy going against Sakic. Let Sakic dangle and they will be toast.

Doesn't matter if they lose or not, I just pray they show up with a good effort and play a solid defensive game.

This game is a must-win the Nucks just aren't losing, and if we have any hope of winning the division, we must keep winning.

OT: How many games left do we have against Nashville?

2 games angaisn tthe preds... march 8th in Nashville and march 22 in Calgary... neither is part of playing back to back nights for us... but the Preds are in Vancouver on the 21st... so that should give us a slight advantage... i'm glad we have these 2 games against hte preds left... especially the one at the end of march... thats the type of game we need to get the guys into a playoff mentality

Avs can either play spoiler or get higher in the draft... Win-win situation for the Avs. Theoretically. x___x

Actually Lombardi is playing on the right side of Huselius and Langkow. It was announced he was taking Moss' place due to his injury,

i also dont see Primeau playing 4th line minutes when he has been one of the best flames on the ice since being acquired

I was very impressed with his game on Saturday, one of the more visible players on the ice. I would expect a good number of minutes from Primeau tonight.

Leopold is going to be out another 4 weeks for wrist surgery. As much as I liked him while he was in a Flames uniform, boy am I glad he isn't in our lineup this year. He has only played 15 games so far, and will be lucky to break 30 games this year.

I'd rather see you guys take the division than the Nucks.

And you should be able to pick up 2 points tonight. As has been mentioned, the Avs are most likely going to be without Wolski, and are going to be without Leopold for the next 4 weeks. (That deal is looking better for you guys all the time. Leo was damaged when we got him, and he hasn't been healthy for any stretch of time this year.)

Based on our road performance this year, you guys without Wolski and Leopold still have just as good of a chance at beating us, as sad as it is to say. I'm hoping the Flames can take the 2 points tonight, but at the same time, I wouldn't be surprised at all if we didn't. But it should be a good game. It usually is when Calgary and Colorado face each other.

Any word on who you guys will have in net tonight?
