Time To Turn It Around Atlanta

Just acquired Lehtonen so I'm on the Thrash bandwagon from here out.

One of the reasons I like this deal (my Bertuzzi and Huselius for Lehtonen) is because ATL has something like 13 home games to 7 away games left and not too tough of a schedule at that.

Being an outsider I know that Lehtonen has had a little higher GAA than most high-caliber goalies which is why I'm surprised they just traded Vishnovsky. I would think that they would go after a top-quality D-man either as a keeper or rental by the deadline...

Anyways, Go Thrash!! Tell me what you guys think...

Kari is a good pickup, I think (I have him on 2 teams, myself)...he can be awesome, but if he plays too much, "very average" (in his own words)

Let's hope Bob plays the Moose now and again to keep Moose sharp and give Kari a much needed rest.

Decent netminder IMO for who you traded, hopefully he'll start keeping it below 2 goals a game

Any chance Atlanta goes after a defensive defenseman from here out? That will help Lehtonen's value and the Thrash's.

Who would they be willing to trade though? All their stunning forwards are being very useful on the other side of the rink.

Souray and Schieder are on the block, but the $$ is high and you KNOW D-town and Habs are going to want someone good in return.
