Well as we all know, he's not a very reliable source, but he's gotten a few right in the past (Including being one of the first to break the Heatley for Hossa trade)..so who's to say he's not right this time.

Man, when I first read "Zubie" I was thinking Zubov and thinking "AWESOME!!".. but Zubrus would not be a bad choice here, either.
However, despite his "rental" status, I highly doubt Washington is going to trade intra-division at this point, at least not with a player along the likes of Zubrus
Tkachuk would be an obvious choice... Waddell has shown he goes after gritty, mean players whenever possible, AND Tkachuk is probably the best center available right now. The only question is how much will the Thrashers have to give up? From what the other GMs have been saying about the Blues' bargaining this season, it will be at least Coburn + a 1st and/or 2nd. Or maybe they can trade Pavelec. Who knows, but Tkachuk looks like the ideal Waddell player if I have ever seen one.
