"Winning stategies in the new NHL" A journal article.

Did anyone catch the article in the Sunday edition of the Journal. Section F page 6 David Staples interviews both Nichols and Buffalo man Quinn and Rich winter discuss what they belive teams have to do in order to win. I was wondering if anybody read it and if they had any comments.

I personally loved it and agreed with most of the Winters conclusion that winning teams focused spending on goaltending and defence.

What was also interesting was the Nichols comment on an AHL team. "We're working diligently on it [an AHL team], so it will happen at some point. Whether we get it done for next season or not, I don't know."
