What I'd like to see:

Signed:
Gomez, Scott - 27 million, 4 year deal - 6.75 cap hit
Chris Phillips. - 16 million, 4 year deal - 4 cap hit
Hannan, Scott – 16 million, 4 year deal – 4 cap hit

Not resigned:
Jan Hejda
Daniel Tjarnqvist
Petr Sykora
Petr Nedved
Toby Petersen
Brad Winchester (RFA)

Resigned:
Torres (RFA) – 6 million, 3 year deal – 2.0 cap hit
Roy (RFA) – 1.2 million, 2 year deal – 0.6 cap hit

Trade for prospects/picks.
Lupul – draft day trade to upgrade one of Edmonton's picks. This is simply a cap management trade.
Horcoff – draft day trade for picks or prospects. Also to manage the cap. I'd like to see Edmonton upgrade both the Anaheim and NYI picks to the top 15.
