I was at the game. He looks good, has good vision and passing abilities. But needs a finisher. 78 assists this year out of 96 points. If Schremp can get in the open he'll fill a net with Nilsson and Truhkno feeding him.

Its easier to get excited about our AHL team next season than our NHL team. Unless the EIG unplugs it of course.

ive been thinking this exact same thing lately..... im pretty much excited about our AHL team than the oilers next year.... assuming we get our own AHL affiliation that is, and that is anything but a for sure thing

That makes three of us then.
Thinking about our own AHL team with OMarra, Nilsson, Schremp, Trukhno, Brodziak etc. has me more stoked than our NHL team. And if things remain stagnant, half those players will be playing on the big club anyway. That could get ugly

Fully agree. I dont know how many times he set up people for one timers with a wide open side of the net and they whiffed the shot or missed the net altogether. he looks great along the boards and laid out some nice hits as well.

Can't wait to see him on an AHL team next year
