I was surprised when I heard that Samsonov and Kostitsyn were benched, Kovalev put on 4th... I thought that Carbo doesn't like russians .

My impressions...

Kovalev scored the game-breaker! As much as it pains me to say this, given my love for the guy: IT'S ABOUT FRACKING TIME!!!!!!!

He's had a bad year and that's a shame...but there's still time to turn this around...Regroup...help each other out...be a team!

Aebischer gave a juicy rebound right in the center of the crease on the third goal, that was awful...

A juicy rebound? The guy in front of the net was left to bang at the puck 3 times...

How do you expect him to freeze the puck? With his pads?

He did.

Step 1: Work Hard
Step 2: Work Harder

The 1st and 2nd lines need some work.

Dunno if this has been said and don't feel like reading the whole GDT but....

Kovalev smiled and really looked happy after he scored

Huet stole some games before the team turned it around last season. Huet started it and the team eventually got on track... but it definitly started with huet winning games that the habs had no business to win... momentum just started snowballing after that

we got a short memory... the team was dreadful for a while

remember when the team went on their west coast trip? The team was just as dubious as they are right now. It was very ugly until huet took the reigns

BTW, did that 2nd blues goal get tipped by komisarek on its way to the net? It seemed like it changed directions to me.

We suck so much that we can't even tank. What is this? Are we gonna go on a winning streak and just narrowly miss the play-offs and then have a garbage draft pick?

Come on now, we have to do something right this year.

It's funny, cause despite all the hate Kovalev gets in this city, we love him all the same. Fact is, he charmed this city. We're all in the palm of his hands.
You're a ****ing poet!
