question about tix...?

going to be in Nashville for work Tues -- going to try & catch the game. Question is, how hard is it to pick up a good seat the day of? Does the team sell out regularly? Also, will Forsberg play, do you know?
thanks for any info

The game on Tuesday is sold out, as is the game after that(Dallas, on Saturday)

You could probably scalp, but it will be pricey.

That game is sold out but you can get tickets at the corner of Broadway and 5th (ie front of the arena) from one of the many scalpers. Tickets won't be particularly cheap for that game-- may even go above face.

As has been mentioned the game is sold out and has been for quite some time.

I would however strongly recommend purchasing tickets from either a scalper or through the "Predators Marketplace" on NP.com (click on the Marketplace link on the far right side of the page). The environment for Wings-Preds games in Nashville is electric and with the teams battling for not only the Central Division title, but the President's Trophy as well...the game will not disappoint.

If you are a fan of hockey, as I assume you are, this is definitely a game to go and see if you have the ability to.

Actually, call the Preds and sign up for a season ticket package next year and they will find you some tickets for Tuesday. Then you can not only make it Tuesday but can come visit Lord Stanley 10, 20 or 41 times next year.

thanks for the info...
great that the Preds are selling out a lot ...not great for me
I'll check out the scalping situation. Just getting a single shouldn't be too much of a prob, i'd guess. Staying right around the corner at the Hermitage...then can always hang out on broadway before, after or instead of ... (love Nashville...great town...love the Opry golf course too ...sweet track for cheap)
Cheers

Check with the concierege at the hotel, they usually have access to some tickets, and Renassance (sp?) Hotel has a box there, they might be able to get you in it.

Where are you staying in Hermitage? I live just down the road in Old Hickory.

Just avoid eating in the tomb in the basement and your stay should be great.

Basement of the hotel...no windows, average age of the nine other diners is 82, and the food quality has gone down over the last 12 months. There are any number of better options around downtown IMO.
