Killer Kowalski reassigned to Florida

http://www.newsobserver.com/796/story/555100.html

No word on how he plans to seek revenge. Expect a report from DeCock soon with details that will prove to be totally off base within hours. Something along the lines of, Killer Kowalski out for the season after axe juggling mishap.

In other news, this means Cam Ward is at LEAST healthy enough to sit on a stool. That is a silver lining here, folks.

N&O Sports Editor: Kowalski Forced Into Early Retirement... We Think

based on a freak occurance durring his tenure with the Carolina Hurricanes, Craig "Killer" Kowalski was forced to do the improbible to attempt to stay with the team. With his failure to do so, he planed to top the retirement of former highly touted prospect Nate Hagemo. He successfully did so in an incident involving a black bear and a chainsaw, reportedly having said "hey y'all, watch this" before heading into the woods. The date and time for the funeral have no yet been set as it has neither been confirmed or denied that he is actually dead or just slightly dismembered.

The N&O, instead of attempting to make a correction or apology, will now swifty change the title, content, and prognosis regarding Kowalski so that all that linked to this story will get the correct version that only has him being sent to Florida. We really saved our bacon this time, boys.

He certainly caught a bad case of ugly.

I hear he picked it up from Tim Gleason. There are unconfirmed rumors they may have shared a water bottle.

Ahahahaha.

I hadn't realized how alike they look.

Still though, they're both dreamy. Mayo.

Ugh. I hate when I don't catch it quick enough and it puts the "edited by:" under it. I'm slipping.

"You know that's really not my dog, right? I mean, not that there would be anything wrong with that. I love my dogs like, so much. Dogs are like ... I mean, dogs are just great. You know? We should talk about Dogs later if you have time. By the way, that call was bogus. What kind of Dog do you have?"

You sure that's not Ribiero's dog? I meen the pink shirt should be a dead giveaway. What kind of food does that dog eat anyway? I meen, it's not like I have any problem with a dog that looks like that. Dogs are great, even though I could hardly afford to feed mine durring the lockout. What do you meen that puck wasn't tipped over the glass when I cleared it?

I'm pretty sure Modano and Ribiero live together during the offseason. They are really good...friends.

I was at practice this morning, well, the skate around that featured Seidenberg, Letowski, Hutchinson, Larose, Babchuk and one other I cant remember as well as Ward in goal. They were basically rehabbing Ward back into game shape, the drills had to do mostly with lateral motion quickness and agility, also using the blocker and catching mitt. It was fun to see, hopefull I can make it to the next full practice and see more. I was 1 of 3 fans there.
