I'm confused. You want players who went undrafted in 2006 but who can't be drafted in 2007?
Assuming he just means guys passed over last year but eligible this year...
Dustin Jeffrey on Sault St.Marie and Matt Caria on St.Mike's are a couple oft-mentioned. Jeffrey would be well worth a selection later on IMHO, not entirely sure about Caria, but I'd be curious to know if anybody has any vibes about him. I believe Matt Halischuk was passed over last year too, he might fit in a similar category to Caria.
Michael Swift and Jadran Beljo on Missisauga had breakthrough years too, even though they're '87s. Adam Perry for London. (Not sure if you meant just '88/2006 eligible guys, or even any older ones who might go like Campoli did, or be signed later). Ryan Wilson just keeps trucking along in that group too. And John Murray in goal for Kitchener.
I'd also be curious to know if anybody sees Andrew Peruguini for Barrie sneaking in anywhere... I never thought too much of him before, but whether it's Barrie tightening up and/or him coming on now with more opportunity, he sometimes looks pretty solid too (my recollection is getting hazier all the time, but I think he was the guy in the OHL All-Star game who seemed to stand out most as well... with of course All-Star games being rather more of a challenge to the goalies than to anybody else.)
A few names off the top from the OHL there, anyway.
They can be drafted this year. I'd add Michael Dubuc who's having a good year with Noranda but he can be drafted too. Another guy that comes to mind is Maxim Noreau, but he broke out last year and still went undrafted.

Oh sorry I didn't read his whole post...and yeah Wong and Galiardi are 07' eligible.
He just means he doesn't want to hear about players that are in their first year of eligibility. So players already listed are good examples. David Perron and Joel Gistedt are a couple others.
Brock Trotter, F, Denver (5'10" 170, best of the bunch IMHO)
Ryan Thang, F, Notre Dame (6'0" 188)
Ryan Lasch, F, St. Cloud State (5'9" 175 and the guy in my avatar)
Kyle Lawson, D, Notre Dame (5'11", 205)
Kevin Deeth, F, Notre Dame (5'7", 161)
Michael Davies, F, Wisconsin (5'8" 165)

7th Round 2005, 198th overall selection. He's been HUGE for the Irish this year and the Canes organization is VERY high on him. Ammazed he fell that far looking at how he's done since being drafted.

Sure about that? I took it to mean guys who were draft eligible for the last time on 2006 and are now UFAs that will shortly be lapped up as the NCAA season ends, like Andy Greene and Chris Collins last season.

I'm really surprised that Jon Kalinski's name never comes up in these discussions. He's a kid that scored 17 goals this year in the WCHA(and would have been around 25 if he finished off a few more breakaways), was probably one of the best penalty killers in the WCHA. He's a very fast skater, and one of the most fearless kids you're ever going to see.
There was some talk of him getting some free agent interest from NHL teams, but he's still draft eligible. It'd actually be a great move for a team to draft him, because then they could leave him in college for another year or two and let him develop for free instead of getting the clock running on his first contract.

Actually, I completely agree with you. Sorry I missed this talented and YOUNG sophmore.
Mark Santorelli (Chilliwack) was the 2nd best scoring rookie in the WHL. Good size; great passing skills; protects the puck and plays the boards very well... His skating is pretty bad however.
