I remember he spun real fast right before that, saw Blake coming up the ice out of the corner of his eye, and put the puck in the perfect spot for Blake to get to it and not have it be a two line pass, and Blakie finished it off with a great shot. The vision to be able to see that play happening is what seperates Forsberg from 99% of the rest of the league.

No...that one is a great highlight reel too.

Here's one with just some hockey highlights...it's pretty hot.

Your exactly right about when it occured, that's what made that incredible play so sprecial. Brining up the issues he timed it to avoid the two line pass is also another incredible attribute of this play...it's easy to take for granted this with the new rules.

Those are all awesome. I found this one by watching the first link:

I don't imagine that that is too easy to do.

ADD: The comments below has a translation which is rather interesting. His last comment is on page 2 of the comments.

LOL, Pete sounded pissed. Why the hell did that guy try to grab him at the end too? It looked like he flipped him off after he missed. Is he trying to get impaled with a broken stick or what?

One of the guys on YouTube translated what Pete was saying.

Quote:
Translation

- Peter Forsberg, can I get a comment after this loss?

- What?

- What do you say about the game?

- Well, we played a good game but they scored their first two goals in PP, and that's not strange because they maybe had 15 chances. I have to say that I'm so fu*kin' disappointed in Börje (the ref), he is so fu*kin' poor.

- You're disappointed in the ref?

- Yeah, he is so fu*kin' worthless that I should give him a punch. That's true.

This thread got me to thinking, does anyone remember Peter's ESPN commercial for the 96-97 season where he is in the bath tub? It starts out with the ESPN guy saying, "So Peter what is life like now that you have won the Stanley Cup?" He says it's not really different and then the camera pans out and there is a girl working on his toenails and she says, "Do I have to buff them too Petey?" and he replies, "Yes you do."
