Jim Fox for Yahoo Sports

This has been around since last week, but I just noticed it, and some of you may be interested. Jim Fox was enlisted as an "NHL expert" for Yahoo Sports for these playoffs.

Fox gives his Stanley Cup viewer's guide

Fox gives his Stanley Cup picks

Fox gives his take on the state of the game

Fox gives his Sens/Pens series preview

Fox on the Pens, Crosby and their other youth

Fox gives his Wings/Flames series preview

Those were the only videos that I could find. You can see his "scorecard" breakdowns of all of the playoff series, including his predictions, at Yahoo Sports

He sounds much more "low key" than during telecasts. It's almost like he's holding back his abuse of "from the standpoint of..."

That is not Jim Fox. That man speaking is a fraud. I didn't hear "from the standpoint of" a single time in that near 5 minute interview.

Osprey, you should be ashamed of yourself. Who put you up to this? Was it Reaper?

I am very ashamed, yes, and I promised Reaper that I would keep his involvement a secret. BTW, I added more videos to my post, so check it again.

It almost looks like he's saying "from the standpoint of..." in this picture.

He had some nice words for Murray, after their dispute last season.

Bit of a necro-post, but good ol' Foxy makes his next prediction on yahoo.com. He's saying Buffalo vs. Ducks, with Buffalo taking it all.

Only posting this because Fox is sporting the mountain caveman look.

Haha. I can't watch him like that without laughing. The rest of you have to take a look to see what we mean.

From the standpoint of... Fox reminds me of Barney Rubble.. It's that large head on a small body.
