I'll be there

Its probably the only game I am going to see this year at the Bell center!

A friend of mine won some tickets at work and he invited me!
I might give you my impressions on the game friday morning because after the game, I have my X-mas party at work. If ever you want me to watch something in particular, ask me now, I'll be pretty well seated(red A section).

Tomas Vokoun never got his chance, another former Hab destrying everything in sight ! Well, he never complained and I wish him a Vezina. Except versus the Habs.

A Preds fan admiring the Pretzel ? Assimilation has just begun

Hey, we still have a great goalie in Jose Theodore who won the mvp and vezina in 2002 and is back in form

Resistance is futile, the Sacred Pretzel will assimilate all in sight (sorry I couldn't resist )

Let's see... A very hard fought game in sight, I think the Habs will win this one 2-1 in OT, with a big thanks to Theo

CJ says the Habs will NOT take the Preds lightly... they have been playing well this year, hopefully it will be a good game, with a 4-3 decision for the Habs, look for Koivu to rebound tonight after playing a mediocre game vs the B's.

I'd say a 2 - 2 tie would be more realistic as the Final. Two game-breaker goaltenders facing up against each other.........This game just reeks of a low scoring, high powered game. The Preds have been okay on the road this season, hopefully they can really pull it together tonight and break their slump ( 0 - 2 - 1 - 1 )

I read in the Gazette that Yanic Perreault has been slowed by "a minor groin pull." Maybe it will be enough to keep him out and play Kilger at center? Kilger, Dags and Langdon would be a huge line, but whether they do anything with that size is another story...

YP slowed... by a groin pull... scary thought YP slower than usual. Hopefully if he can't go they will put Dags in.

Man, if Perrault got any slower he'd be skating backwards.

Any words on the lines for tonight? I imagine Theo will get the start. Looks like Garon has gone from getting a start a week to a start every two weeks. Great move IMO, we need Theo playing as much as possible.

3-1 Habs.

I'm looking to see a good game tonite. It seems to be a good matchup. I'm going to go along the lines of enoch, but say preds 2-1 in OT with the game winner by martin erat. Hope that doesn't jinx us. Good luck to the habs!!

I look forward to seeing the preds, I know nothing of them outside their D and Thomas Vokoun. I'd like to see Legwand too.

Leggy has been inconsistent. I don't think he has played more than 4-5 games at last year's level of intensity. Preds need him at his best, especially with Hartnell out from sprained ankle. It will be interesting to see how Upshall responds to this callup.

The Preds desperately need a win to get out of this funk. I hope Tootoo is not scratched as often happens on away games. Hamhuis has been fantastic, and keep an eye on Zidlicky-- incredible vision and anticipation. His passes seem to have eyes.

I have only seen one Habs game on Center Ice this year. Who should I be on the lookout for?

In this year surprises: Souray (physically dominant, canon for a shot), Ryder (offensive threat, grit, great shot) and Ribeiro (spectacular vision, hands and playmaking/passing abilities).

I agree. Definitely watch Zidlicky (his passing and puck handling is amazing) and Hamhuis (he seems to get better every game). also, martin erat has been looking exceptionally well as of late.

4-1 Habs

Want the goal scorers?
Ryder, Koivu, Langdon with his 1st & Dackell
For the Preds, it wil be Zidlicky

I guess Tootoo won't be scratched...

On www.rds.ca, they say he will play in front of 400 friends and family members who made the trip from Nunavut and from North of Quebec. The prime minister of Nunavut Paul Okalik will be there!

So I'm hoping for 3-1 victory, Nashvill goal for Tootoo

RDS is saying that Perrault is out and Dags is in. Also says that Tootoo is playing and Theo and Vokoun are starting.

Probable lines:
Bulis Koivu Ryder
Zed Ribs Dags
Dackell Juneau Sundstrom
Langdon Kilger Audette

I just hope Audette is on the 4th instead of Dags

If Zman does score a goal it will most likely be a PPG
