Adam Hauser

Do we still have the rights to this guy? I'm assuming that we don't because he is playing for Manchester.(L.A.'s farm club)

He is having a really good season and has consistantly been in the top five in SP all season.

I would hate to think that we missed out on an opportunity to develop a good goaltender through our system.

No we never signed him to a contract. I think last year he was in Boston system and they never resigned him either.

Nope

I actually e-mailed Adam just after the Oilers released his rights. The Oilers decided to sign Mike Morrison instead.

Morrison is terrible. Hauser was on a winning Frozen Four team a few years ago. Supposedly he was not that technically sound but played hard and relied on determination to even get to NCAA level hockey.
We have J.J.D. and Conklin now, so not signing Hauser turns out to be no big deal, unless he can actually make an impact in the NHL.
