You'd have to give us the entire city (with the exception of OSU) for Kovalchuk.

I can think of one situation where I honestly thought we should've traded Kovalchuk.

Last summer, when Pronger demanded out of Edmonton.

Imagine this team with Pronger anchoring the defense..

Yeah...and imagine Altanta with 42 less goals this season...playoffs? Doubt it

I wish we could trade Hossa for Pronger.

And Berkut, teams with Pronger don't miss the playoffs.

Pronger would score 10-15 easily on this team, and Hossa's stats would jump too, with Pronger feeding him pucks. Plus, his slapper from the point wouldve given us some good redirections.

Kovalchuk's effect on this team this year was the lowest of every year he's played with the team. He'd better step it up next year.

what a horrible comment. his bad year was 42 goals almost a PPG... hes done nothing but carry this team every single year and he has 1 single offseason and you dump on him like hes samsonov or sopmething, lemme guess.. your favorite player is Marian Hossa... maybe you should NOT jump on bandwagons so much, or maybe you should just have a little extra faith in superstars. EVERYONE has a ****** season everyonce and a while, and his wasnt even that bad. comments like yours piss me off so much

No they wouldn't.

It'd be hard for Kovalchuk to score with one hand on his stick and the other constantly pointing at Crosby.

Kovalchuk did quite well considering the abysmal support he had on his line, perhaps his worst linemates since he came into the league, hopefully Sterling can help.

Kovalchuk played with Metropolit, Sim, Kapanen, Mellanby, and Rucchin.

Waddell should be ashamed of himself. That's a total waste of assets. It's like pairing Pronger with Berard or Delmore.

Yeah, you'd have to work out a seperate deal with The Gators about OSU, since they own it.
